IMPORTANT DETAILS:

• Must be 25+ to book. Someone over the age of 25 must be present during the reservation.

• An electronically signed rental agreement must be completed.

• Pets will be considered on a case-by-case basis. If pets are approved, they are billed a one-time fee of $125 per pet.

• Two bikes are available but require a liability waiver before use.

• The home is equipped with smart systems, including outdoor video surveillance and voice controlled assistants in each room.

• The home is equipped with high-speed internet and WiFi 6 technology.

• All TVs are smart TVs. No cable stations are provided, but you're welcome to log into your own streaming services or take advantage of the many free streaming apps that are preinstalled.
